Dr. Lasater’s retirement is upon us, effective, January 1, 2022. Although we are sad to see him leave, we are excited to see him start the next chapter. Please join us in wishing him well in his new adventures. Before his arrival to Urology of Virginia, in January of 2009, Dr. Lasater served as an active duty urologist in the United States Air Force Medical Corps.
Dr. Lasater has enjoyed his association with Urology of Virginia and its physicians who offer the latest in state -of -the art diagnostics and treatments. “The practice of urology offers a broad spectrum of challenging health issues that have both medical and surgical solutions. I have enjoyed and appreciated the development of minimally invasive operative procedures that have occurred since I became a practicing urologist in 1983. I am continually learning new methods and techniques to offer my patients”. Dr. Lasater believes that he has shared a special relationship with his patients. “Urologists enjoy a high level of trust with their patients because we address an intimate aspect of their lives – it gives me great pleasure and satisfaction to help those in need”.
You may choose another physician at our practice as we would be happy to see you continue with us at Urology of Virginia. If you choose a urologist outside of Urology of Virginia, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your medical records. This can be found online with instructions: https://www.urologyofva.net/patient-resources/downloads-forms/.
Please join us in wishing him farewell and all the best in the future.
